Elise brings her analytical and data search skills to her sourcing and candidate research. Her ability to map out vertical and competitive talent ecosystems gives us a tremendous advantage in terms of high quality outreach and candidate networking. Prior to TenXHR Elise did a business analyst internship with a top Medical Device company and worked in sourcing for a leading software company.

Mark Martin- People & Systems Guru

Mark brings a combination of technical skills as a former software engineer with Cooper Industries along with deep skills around sourcing, recruiting and talent transformation. In addition, Mark helped build several start ups including an acquisition of a niche robotics company that was focused around bridging the world of form factors and AI.
